You could pick up a matching CD changer on ebay and it'd prob fit but you can get Ipod connectors for the CD changer output, I had a gen audi Ipod connector spliced into the harness in place of the CD ...

I would refer to it as front spoiler or splitter, these come up on ebay now and again but whichever you get make sure its for the correct front bumper as some bumpers suit/accept them better and remeb ...
